    Wayru Hotspots Limited Warranty

    Our products come with a standard limited warranty. Please understand the terms and conditions below before using our warranty service.

    i. Warranty Terms

    • Provider: Wayru, Inc. ("Manufacturer")

    • Period: 12 months from the original date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser. Proof of purchase is required.

    • Coverage: Covers defects in materials and craft under normal use. Applies only to the original purchaser and is void if transferred.

    ii. Warranty Service

    • Contact: Original purchasers must contact Wayru customer service and follow the instructions. Proof of purchase is required.

    • Actions: The manufacturer will either repair the product using new or refurbished parts or replace it with a new or refurbished product. Refunds are not provided. Replacements continue under the original warranty period.

    iii. Limitations

    • Liability: The manufacturer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product.

    • ISP Responsibility: Manufacturer is not responsible for your ISP compliance or any issues arising from your agreements with third parties, including ISPs.

    iv. Exclusions

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification or repair, or failure to follow the Product's instruction manual.

    • Damage resulting from improper installation or connection to incompatible equipment, including third-party software.

    • Wear and tear from normal use.

    • Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or other external causes beyond the Manufacturer's control.

    • Products without proof of purchase or that have been resold or transferred.

    • Products that were obtained through promotions, contests, giveaways, ambassadorship, or sponsorships.

    The limited warranty described above is the only express warranty provided for the product. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of the warranty period. Your rights under this warranty may vary based on your jurisdiction.
